SATOYAMA means "farming area between the mountains and villages". It is a place where ancestors managed their rich living with their crops harvested in Satoyama. "Satoyama Tapas" is an item on the menu that has a small portion of old Japanese everyday dish. Spanish Tapas is another item on the menu which is a mixture of Spanish and Japanese cultures - based on the original Spanish Tapas recipe with the toppings from typical Japanese side dishes.
